Title: 3d Water?

I know there is an option for a 3d Water Option where the water moves, Just got a new Graphics card and stuff and have the High-Res Textures installed and get about 45 FPS, Where do i find the option for the 3d Water Effects?

On your clipboard clik settup, then vidio, then graffic detail and check animated water. Be sure to click OK to before closing.
