Title: Guilty or Not?

Earlier today was flying in DA and was just following someone around, Didnt shoot or anything, Some other guy after about 2 minutes of me following the current one had shot me. He didnt kill me only pinged the plane, So i flipped around and shot him down for enaging me, He later states he was in a fight with the one i was following for a good 2 minutes, No one warned me or said they were dueling, I luckily got a film of the whole thing, Then the little cracker decides he wants to vulch me and enage me when im fighting other people, Not only making me lose control of my plane but making me stop playing to report his Newbish mind. Here is a film:  He shoots at me at around 4:30 in the film,
