Seeing this IP in my pingplots now, also showing wild variation in times, from 150 up to 400+. No more Savvis or ATT, but my plots look a lot worse, even if I've got a few less hops. Hopefully it's just due to the time of day and traffic, but if it stays like this... ugh

That's very strange.  asbnva is Ashburn, VA and I do show a geographic circuit hop (30ms) between the Dallas market and Virginia. Your profile says you're in Grapevine; what ISP are you using that routes its traffic up to VA?
