Title: cant connect...

following format of HD.  redownloaded everything.  only difference now is that i have norton anitvirus on machine and didnt before.

i click on AH icon on desktop, window pops up like going to connect, white window, then it just disappears.  not getting to the arena page.  HELP, please.

Ive disabled all the stuff from the sticky in this forum already(after i got all my windows updates).

Sounds like a video issue to me... if it was a firewall issue it would at least try to connect you.

stoopid video drivers...i musta installed them wrong the first time.  all good now.
