Title: Minnesota's Greatest Baseball Player dies at 44!

It was just announced moments ago that Minnesota Twins great, Kirby Puckett died today.  He had a stroke yesterday and had sugery today.  According to local news, he died around 6:00 CDT!  This has hit Minnesota hard, for he was the greatest baseball player ever!

Secondly, Harmon Killebrew is Minnesota's greatest baseball player ever.

One outstanding man; I hated to hear that he died today. I got a chance to meet him after the 1991 World Series. He came down with another several Twins players after the Series to go hunting and I happened to meet him then. Nothing special about it but just getting to meet someone very humble and gracious to spend a little time talking to a kid from the area.
