Title: Throttle control ?

I am wondering if there is a way to use my thottle to control speed when in a ground vehicle?  I have noticed that my Saitek X52 throttle works with PT boats, but not with other GVs.  Does anyone know a way to program this?

You could assign Pitch control to your throttle, but then you'd have to learn to fly without throttle control or learn to control throttle with the joystick. :D
