powder was the unmixed wasabi stuff. pretty sure you just add water and it is the normal stuff

Wasabi is something they give you with sushi. It's green, and frankly it is not the best stuff I put in my jaws. And how did they do that white?

And, by the way, that guy in this great movie, was he an idiot? Why did he try to snuff wasabi?

Reminded me of a time I brought some sushi to work for lunch and a co-worker scooped up the wad of wasabi thinking it was guacamole.  I hadn't laughed so hard in a long time that my stomach hurt and I was crying see this guy freak out and turn all red from the wasabi burn.
