Unfortunately, TV is forbidden by Taliban. Probably one good side of their regime.
A year ago, when Ostankino TV tower burned down, we had wonderfull 3 days in Moscow, until they repaired TV transmitters. A great sence of peace and harmony, when instead of TV crap you hear birds singing...
