If you want a large 21" Monitor Overstock.com has 21" Sony E540 CRT Monitors for 259.95$ US and shipping is free for the next 14 days.
Rob53 and myself have bought 22" monitors from Overstock.com refurbished and guaranteed. Mines 3 years old now and still working great! At this time each year they have free shipping. 21" Monitor packaged weighs in between 80 to 90pounds. Didn't look at the details of the Sony listed above it may not be refurbished. However this is a deal Rob and I couldn't pass up. Shipping costs for a 90lbs monitor is expensive.
If you've wanted a larger monitor here's your chance!

90 lbs seems awful heavy.

Pawz......I had to help the UPS man carry it when it arrived. He had it on a dolly. It was cumbersome to say the least. UPS tag said 90lbs. Maybe that is within the range for shipping charges.
-
Right now you can get a 19 inch flat panel monitor for 279$ and it ways a hell of a lot less than 90 lbs.

Roscoroo good...for that size (21"0) and price with free shipping. Not a huge risk to take. I set the refresh rate to 85.

Eagler....nice find! However I've dealt with EBay before with disappointing results. Guess you've got to trust the seller. In my case once bitten, but the price is great!
