Title: Anyone seen this book yet?
Post by: Fencer51 on March 17, 2006, 10:45:11 AM
Has anyone bought or looked at this new book (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1844151778/qid=1142613737/ref=br_lf_b_2/002-2541374-4820862?n=5012&s=books&v=glance)  yet?  I was wondering if it was worth getting?

Thanks in advance for any info

Thanks for the heads up Fencer.  Just ordered it.  Should be interesting to go with Godfrey's "Look of Eagles" and the Gentile Biography on the shelf at home.  Considering how it talks about detailing their life on the ground in England and living life to the fullest, it might be fun to see how much different it is then "Don S. Gentile-Soldier of God and Country" in particular as Gentile comes across as a 'choir boy' in that one :)

I've heard it's supposed to be a well done look at those guys and worth having if you are a 4th FG junkie

I do resemble that remark.
