who's going?

with no regristration fee, it is more possible for me, but right now i say sadly about 75% probable i am not going :cry :(

Hey Mustaine, here's a duh moment for ya;)

Read the announcement again

Aces High CON VI
to be held on June 22th - 25th, 2006
at the Hilton Garden Inn DFW South in Irving, TX.

and then below it says July 22nd - 25th

I sent an email to Skuzzy,  but hence my post, I shall go whether its June Or July :aok

Very intersting that there is no reg fee (what was it last time $150 or something?).  I get the feeling we are going to be al-la cart style.  The traditional Saturday dinner will of course be paid individually, Hats and stuff will be paid seperately, and so on...and whats a 'small' internet fee...are we talking DSL extreem small or AOL $28/dialup small :D

On the down side theres no air show.

INteresting.  I was planning on going home in June for a visit, I could always route through Dallas / FW.  Not that I want to, I hate dfw intnl.  Might be worth it to take some pics of yer sorry butts when you are too drunk to care.  :)

Cavanaugh Air Museum's nearby...worth a peek.

Finding WW2 pilots/crew I suspect will be hard. A 20 year old back in '43 is pushing 82 now.
