If you want smoother gameplay in D3D with vsync on (such as how you want to play AH II) then read this article and tweak away.

So basically if I turn it off I might get screen freeze, and if I lieva it on that article explains why I get high and low frame rates?
Ok I'm totally lost and about to run on about this knowing nothing about what I'm doing so I'm gonna end this post and read the replies and hope to learn something

All I get is the header logo in both FF and IE. Will try again later.

Heh OOZ try clicking the text on lower right corner next to the row of balls. It's in German but that's where the download starts.
