can someone explain how this E.N.Y is suppose to help when one side has greater numbers... la7's or 190's  still same number of piolts attacking a country with lesser number of piolts just wondering how this supposed to help.

Rooks had 180, bish had 85, knit had 90, and rooks only had an ENY limit of 4.5. That cuts.... what?? P51d out? Nothing else? Maybe 262s? Hell that doesn't even stop Ta152s or Chogs or most spits.

ENY limiter is a load sometimes, but hey, that's life.
