Title: Pilot rescue -- Jump command in a Chute

Now that we have that shiny new Jeep...

We could use a JUMP command for pilots in a CHUTE so they can jump on board the jeep and be rescued in scenarios.  Pretty please. :)

When the GV stops on the field pavement, the rescued pilot could tower out and get a "Rescued Successfully" message.  Yeah I know, that's asking a bit much but there are allways 10-20 guys who could be rescued in each scenario or FSO.

That would be pretty cool. Wouldnt add much to the MA, but cool none-the-less.
