Hi all.
Have a burner and want to pick and choose a few of my favorites from my CD collection and make a "Toad's Picks" album or two.
Any suggestions on a good, fast ripper that is available as a free d/l?
Thanks in advance!

If you got a copy of cd creater with your burner then use that. It works, its free, it works.

CDEX 1.20
Used it to compress my CDs for MP3/CD player. Extremely user-friendly, no installation, CD-drive autodetection and CDDB support. I have only one disk that isn't recognised by CDDB - "Unauthorised LZ concerts vol. IV".
Another one is Alto MP3 Maker, but it's shareware. Pretty cheap if you have a credit card. And developers answer almost any stupid question personaly.

I'm with Boroda. CDEX 1.20 works great and the price is right. :)

Real Jukebox is a free download and will do this for you.

CDEX is really the best tool I've tried - and I've tried a lot.
Just for personal use, of course.
And, I naturally bought CDEX.
