I'm using a cool Firefox extension called StumbleUpon.  I clicked various interests, including humor and bizarre.  Now, I just click the 'Stumble' button in my browser whenever I'm bored and essentially go channel surfing across the internet for pages other people have rated favorably.

Good stuff!
