Trying out a new format of AARs for the 412th Web-Site. This was contributed by our newest member, Corporal Tango.

Excellent mission report. Very suspensful.
I'm thinking that the Rooks need to make such (organized) raids more frequently. I see Knights making such raids on us all the time, putting us at a disadvantage.

Nice format

Very nicely done up! Good read and it's even better with the screen shots to go along. <S>

That sight, along with several others used by the 412th are available at the 412th web-page under the "Pilot Setups" link.

Why is the 109 so big in that picture?
109s are much smaller than P51s in a profile shot, are 109s graphically bigger in AH?

It is a front quarter high angle shot of the P-51. The 109 is closer to the camera in this picture, making it apear larger.
If you put a 109 next to a P-51 on the runway, you can see the size difference.

Great post and even much better cover and cooperation!!! We really enjoyed flying with you guys. We specially enjoyed your professionalism and immersive reality. Made me feel like I was 20 years old again and at the controls of a B-17. Quite evidently you're a squadron not afraid of a little military discipline and tactics. What was best about the whole scenario was proving that the best way to achieve results is to cooperate with other squadrons on joint missions. You know, kinda like the real air force operated in WW2 instead of an unruly mob :D Any of you friends or foes who read this and saw the effects of the mission take heed, this is but the beginning.
