Title: Is Coyo still around?

I happened to browse AH-Skins.com, something I've not bothered to do in a long time, and noticed a few 109 skins by Coyo. I don't think any of them ever made it into the game.

I saw one of my favorites,

and was wondering if Coyo was still around, and if he'd re-do this for the post-2.07 models.

Does anybody know why these were never accepted? Did he neglect to submit them (it happens, folks don't always know AH-Skins isn't HTC)? Did he make a non-historical skin that was rejected?
