I have recently defected to Gb in an effort to help insue that these transplants go thru. I am also a viable subject for testing these matters as well. I have considerable "hands on experience" and thus consider myself the forefront expert in this so called field I just made up.

I'd like to say: "That's complete bollocks!"
But sadly, I can't.
BBC (http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/health/newsid_1298000/1298805.stm)
On the NHS, women with psychological problems can get free breast implants, and basically this is what happened here - except the women happened to be serving in the military.
Although, I thought if you had psychological problems, you wouldn't be fit to serve in any branch of the armed forces anyway.
But I think this is a morale booster for the male troops. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)
