Hey Staga, do you know of a CFS2 website that has all the add-ons the community has created for the sim?  The executable ones?  I have a hell of a time trying to get some of those loaded, this P61B was easy though.

I'm gonna start playing CFS2 more with Geeman .

Thks Staga!  Say, looking at MS website support, there appears to be no patches out for CFS2, could it be that perfect the first release?

I'm looking for a Wells FM patch too.

What good is having all those planes modeled in a game that is unplayable? I installed the 1.9 patch .. nothing good came out of it.

The drones are still stupid like hell even at the max difficulty level + the game hogs memory like crazy.

It's very good looking, yes.. But like they say in ancient China: Many cake look pretty, few are tasty.

Rip - I emailed wells and he'd said 1.9 is the latest one. I can mail it to you if you want it.

MrSid - I don't think (don't know fer sure thou...) Wells was trying to "fix the MS AI" - that's an impossible task (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif). But he corrected many an error in weights of the planes and FM...

At least it looks drop dead gorgeous with FSAA  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

BTW guys, have you seen these? I know I know no guns in them.  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) Boeing B337 Stratocruiser just is my all time favorite airliner.  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif) Those 3D-models are beautiful. Haven't done much testing on the FM but stall behaviour seems to be off...top speed at 25k seems to be by the book though...
