Title: Pt boat

Howdy have a strange question. When Im in a pt boat I try to start and the engine will not turn over. Any thoughts on what this may be caused by?

The 'E' key should start it. I have noticed the start up sound is somewhat delayed and it makes me think it isn't starting.
I've tapped e again and actually shut it down then. Hit e once and wait a few seconds.

It's elayed to me at least, mayabe I'm just s l o w .
