Title: Cannot run Safe Mode

recently I've been having a really strange problem.  My PC reboots itself whenever I try to run windows safe mode.  It gets to the point where the desktop loads with "safe mode" the corners then reboots before the icons pop up.  It will load up normally just fine, just not safe mode. any ideas?

you may have bugs ....


or something messed up /missing in your OS
