Title: Score, how often is it updated?

I am currently doing my 2 trial weeks, and I wonder how often the pilot scores are updated? Is it done right away or does it take some time before it is registered? :)

Every workday morning (EST) as far as I know.

Just one piece of advice: youll enjoy this game a lot more if you dont worry about scores, but worry more about HAVING FUN! Scores dont really reflect skill much anyway. The only things i ever keep track off is hit% and k/d ratio to an extend.

Check out the score page on HTC home page under "community".  It's more precise also updated daily.

Score, as in overall rank or as in performance? The K/D and hit% etc. get updated instantly after the flight (if you check your score from in-game), the ranks (fighter-rank, bomber-rank, etc...) get updated once a 24h period, around 19 CET.

Btw, Jompa! I believe we met in Urban Blitz 2004 (Tampere, Finland), I was in the multitude of Finns you had to shake hands and have a beer with in there. :)

As Panzzer indicated, the k/d, k/t, are updated on both the website and the ingame in real time.  So if you are in the tower and type .score you'll see your various scores up to the last sortie.  The ranks are only calculated and upated once per day.

I'm not sure I want to check my score now anyway. Flew completely with the aid of my reptile brain yesterday when keeping to try taking off from a doomed airfield with about a dozen enemy Spitfires swarming around it like angry bees. Got killed about 10 times in 3 minutes. LOL! :D

Really nice to see you Panzzer! :) That Urban Blitz meeting is something I will never forget! Hope to see you soon in the virtual skies, I surely need a tip or two from experienced hands like you LLv32 guys! S!

The straightforward kills/deths is updated straight away, almost in real time
as it doesn't rely on any calculations against other players, simply a counter.

Goto community, scores and select:-
 "View Kill Stats in an expanded format (IE only)" and type your name.
Gives you all the kills, and in what ride compared to deths in same vein.

No hit %'s or ranks, just kills/deths, a quick way to see how you're doing.

Jompa, those "crazy Finns" wil surely take you by the hand and add you to their deadly swarm....


If you want to, step by the training arena every once in a while. Theres usually a trainer or a veteran player there, that can answer questions and help you with fighter tactics/BFM/ACM.
