We (AvA staff) are just now discussing it, but it might be the next setup.

There's 17s and 24's available at the rear bases on this set up, a mass raid deep into axis territory would be great, was discussing this subject earlier today in the AvA with some fellow squaddies.
You would have us (78th FG) and at least 2 other FG's for escort duty.:aok

The only problem I forsee could be that the buff raid turns into a jet fest, with endless supplies of 262's and 163's upping like crazy outa 2...

at least I will have somthing to redeem myself against all the typhy tikes I am currently enduring in this ETO setup... :furious

I love the tempest! Best plane to battle 109s. The spit IV is a good one too.
