today in 1995 the Murrah Federal Building was bombed killing 168 people and injuring hundreds of others.

Of course it was a tragic event. I don't quite get what your point is, though. What exactly do you want people to do here?
On April 19th:
The Branch Davidians committed suicide
A turret blew up on the USS Iowa
Most of Toronto was destroyed in a fire
The American Revolution began with "the shot heard 'round the world"
The destruction of the Jewish ghettos in Warsaw by the SS began

I think we've been flat out lied too. I don't think that was just one ANFO blast... and I'm pretty certain the panel of explosive experts, witnesses and geologists make an excellent case for government supression of evidence.
What do I think happned? I think it was a setup by ATF.. gone wrong, unauthorized, rouge.. whatever.. but a hell of a lot more went down there than what we were led to believe.
Do a google on 'Oklahoma City Bombing Conspiracy'. And Chairboy.. consider for a moment the stellar record of ATF, the timeframe, the administration, the mood of the country with regards to it's federal agencies... what would take the heat off them and rally the country against the elements calling for their heads?
And then, what happened next?

If civilian women and children were targeted it was an act of terror but if it would have been a building full of federal tax police.... it would not have been in my opinion.
I see no proof of what hang says but would not even blink an eye in astonishment if the proof came out... they are more than capable killing innocent women and children to further their cause.

Hang, if you believe that the ATF could have done this, you can't dismiss that Bush & Co could have been behind 9-11.
It's a bad bout of :noid in either case IMO.

I would really really really be shocked if it came out that Bush and co. were behind 9/11 but I would not blink an eye if the ATF/FBI were behind the federal building....
Why is that? well.... once you have been caught being behind the slaughters of civilians to further your agency agenda and susequent cover ups a few times for "only" dozens of killings.... it doesn't take much of a leap to see the possibilities.
It seems to be a progression.... first two deaths of a woman and a child then near a hundred or so civilian men women and childred and then....
And....Not even an apology.... not a tear shed except for the couple of ninjas that got outshot by kids and old people....

I was at the Murrah building within 'bout an hour of the blast. I knew people that died that day. I personally know about 5 eye witnesses (including one FBI agent, and one OSBI agent). I have a friend that was IN the building as it went down. (survived) The explosion shook books off my bookshelf. I have friends who's kids were at the YMCA daycare. I have seen more information pertaining to the April 19 bombing here in Oklahoma City than you could ever hope to. (all that was on 24/7 for months and months here)
We already know what happened. The idea that the ATF (or any govt. agency) blew up the Alfred E. Murrah Federal Building is just about the dumbest thing I have heard in a looooooong time, and in poor taste.
Please do me (us) a favor, and for once, put a cork in it. Especially on (near) the date of such a horrible tragedy. Show some decency and go play "wanna be conspiracy theorists" somewhere else.
(edit: the picture doesn't do it justice. I stood closer than the fireman in the 1st picture and was in shock. Words, or pictures can not describe the horror. My heartfelt prayers and condolences to all those who lost someone that day)

With all due respect for the tragedy, and the lives lost..
As for your personal experience with the tragedy... I'm no stranger to how you feel. 9/11 was in my 'backyard', and it touched me on a personal level also. I'm not blind to the reality of personal loss.
Lastly, 'decency' has nothing to do with supressing evidence.

Yaknow, I`m still trying to work this out.
I don`t know whether they were stupid enough in these instances to actualy beleive that the truth wasn`t obvious and wouldn`t be a sore in the public eye...or they think they are using the old scare tactics routine and actualy believed it would work on the people of this country. I tend to lean to the latter, which goes beyond stupid.
