The character you ask about in your sig is Pinky from Heist, played by Ricky Jay. The world's deadliest card thrower. Altho they pretty much discounted that claim on MythBusters.

"Damnit! The Doobie Brothers broke up!"  -Michael Douglas' character in "Jewel Of The Nile" while reading an old issue of Rolling Stone inside a crashed drug running airplane.  Yes, the ONLY line of the movie that I remember off of the top of my head.
