Title: Ammo factory/City

I noticed 2 bugs on the current map.
1.  Ammo factory SW of V180: the radar tower & the building next to it register hits but will not blow up.

2.  City NW of A226:  All buildings are down but strat shows town 50% up.

There are 2 cities for each zone on the Equinox map. So, if you only knock one down, it shows 50%.

I don't know if this is on purpose or just something that was missed when the map was made.

Not an error...there are two city strats.
