"United States diplomats"

"Geneva Convention"

"London's Mayor"


oh and i saw the word Nigeria... is this story about email scams or something?

if thats what the story is about wasn't there one 2 years ago maybe about all the other countries here in the US that owed like millions of $'s in parking tickets and other violations overall, but they all said "shove it" too?

Ahh yes, the ol' diplomatic immunity trick.  Happens in every country.

Personally, I think they should all live under the same laws as everyone else.

Congestion charge is a fee that you need to pay in order to use the roads in central london, just like a toll.

Hey Londoners, welcome to our world.  As pointed out with the UN, nobody pays fines.  Diplomats get off scot free.

i just thought it was funny that our (totally non-pc) mayor called your ambassador a "chiselling little crook"
