LOL jackal! Would you believe... that Hocus Pocus/Focus album was my very first on vinyl.

Acupuncture - a treatment based on salamanders - I've heard it works, but I haven't tried it.

I've had it dozens of times for my back, knees and ankles.  I always hated needles then after the back injury I was moving like OZZY....

It works for me. Just be sure that you have someone very qualified too.
