Title: 1 sec Variance every 60 seconds *solved*

I was having a 1 second variance occur, like clockwork every 60 seconds...I tried disabling random stuff and checking, it was the "Wireless Zero Configuration" in Windows services...solved it so if anyone is having the same problem...
