You can use Adobe.
Change image to grayscale bitmap. Then add a second layer. On that layer, use the filter to "add noise". Do it to the highest setting. Then in the Layer Settings, change the layer's alpha to a lower grade so it "mixes" with the original image. Making the fuzzy look.

Those are COOL!  I like the second one did u use H2H to get the external view?

Both pictures are made in the same way:
Shot 2 movies in offline, then took screens using fraps, put both planes on the background and then effects/details.

Can't believe i have lost the first one!It was the best thing i made of a screenshot.But i didn't delete it, how did it disappear from imageschack?

Use Photobucket.... works a bit better. :aok   IMHO

Heh, what would you think, after 2 years i found the first screenshot i ever edited (from ah that is).I thought i lost it forever.I think it still looks good.
