The best way is too use the film viewer to record your flight. Then when viewing it, pause it at the point where you want the shot. You can then use the viewer to get the angle you want. Go to full screen mode, make sure your mouse pointer is fully to one side (it will disappear), then press  shift/print screen. Now open paint and paste the image. You can now save it as whatever you wish.
