....I still suck:cry  But it sure is nice to be back in the unfriendly skies. Now if I can remember how to haul that American iron around the sky maybe I'll get a kill someday...

...especially to all the oldtimers and the 56th FG and the BKs' both of whom I used to fly with...

only 2 years?   I've been playing 5 years and I still suck,  I think after awhile you just plataue out and just dont suck as bad or else I have come to accept my suckiness and live with it

hey i have a bunch of those bulldog coasters..was my fav haunt when i lived there..and you can plateau if you dont push yourself constantly..

I spent the first couple of years trying to get better and the game stopped being fun.  I gave up trying to get better and decided to have fun :)

And the BullDog was the place to hang out when we went to Amsterdam.  I was stationed in Germany 4 years (94-98) and I got to go to Amsterdam about 8 times.  That was the first place we went to and the girls on either side are probably the best looking (and busiest) girls in the district :cool:

Thanks fellas, I think my message was misconstrued. I've been away for two years and in my own inarticulate fashion I was announcing that I'm back. Took me all day to get a lousy kill and two assists but at least I didn't end up on anyone else's scorecard...

I see the game is still populated by tiny darting fighters like Spits and LAs and Hurris that won't stand still and let me kill them fairly with my trusty Jug. I always did hate working for a kill....

Wow Tinman....that is DEFINATELY a sign that you are loosing some of your AH "skill" when jaxxo shoots you down.:D

Try the Corsair ... it's kind of like a Jug on steroids in the turning department.

Hmmm... Left AH a couple years ago.  Likes jugs.  Flew with the 56th and BK's(but didn't suk).  Can use fellas in a sentence and make it sound right.  What was his name?  Something like bullet or rounds or something like that wasn't it?

Edbert, you got it right. I could never haul a Jug around the virtual sky like Ammo. I used to fly with Hooly and Lazs alot in the old WB days but besides Lazs and Nomde in the 56th, I don't see a lot of handles I recognize. Oh well...it's just good to be back. Give my kind regards to the BKs...

Hooligan doesn't play anymore, at least not presently, but I think he still pops in to the forums now and again. Lazs is still around and cranky as ever; I'm sure he'd say "hi" if we didn't have him heavily sedated. ;)
