whats stall speed of F15 please?

Flying formation with a P-51 is nothing. Now slowing down enough to read the tail number off of a C172 and escort it out of restricted airspace is a challenge.
F-16s can manually deploy slats and flaps(usually only used for landing) in order to do this.

F-15 has a spee brake as well.

Depending on loadout and if it's an F-15C or E, the plane pretty much quits flying somewhere between 130 and 170. It doesn't have a conventional "stall" as you can hold the stick full back in max AB and pretty much just flop around down to around 120 knots, but at that speed it's not very controllable and depending on gross weight it could either climb or descend like that.
Below 150 the plane handles pretty poorly and we only slow down that much when we have plenty of altitude to recover from mistakes, or when we're landing.

I figure they're doing 200 or more in that video. Easy cruise speed for the Mustang and keeping the Eagle outta too much danger.

Thanks :)

Nilsen, I have over 600 hrs in the F-15E. It's a great plane. I picked my game ident right after I found out I would be assigned to the F-15E.
-
so you know what all the buttons are for then?
-
Most of them :) They keep adding functions to the controls and there's been a whole new set of software and hardware upgrades since I left the squadron, so I'm a bit out of date.
-
cool :)
Could you tell us what they are for? Start from the top left.
Would you say they made it realistic.. the FM i mean.
-
What game are you trying to compare to the real plane? I helped with the Janes F-15 flight model and it's fairly close, although we didn't quite get the pitch trim gains quite right which is why in that game, the nose would sometimes pitch up if you rapidly rolled out of a tight turn.

Not talking about games here eagl
Did the one you flew in real life feel realistic, or did you complain to Mc Donalds Douglas ?
Did you get any discos or suffer from the "rubber bullets" you can get in AH at times?
Did you ever experience any chute shooters or vulchers on take off or landings?
and finally.. Is it true that Navy pilots beats Air force?
-
nilsen.... what planet are you from?
-
One last question.
Do you feel that as a fighter pilot, you get alot of really stupid questions and that it is hard to keep calm and collected when having to deal with it all?
;)
Im done..Have a nice weekend.

Leave it to a USAF officer to miss out on a perfectly good sarcastic comback
Below you will find what should have been the correct reply the Nilson's question:
