Not quite sure if I should call it the
Nakajima J9Y1 Kikka
or the
Nakajima Ki-201 Karyu
I was gonna put the serial numbers 724 - 12 but then i saw that it showed up on the other side of the rudder in reverse, o well.

yes i know that this isn't the greatest skin in the world, but it just a lil sumthin, sumthin.
i do think that i should add another dark green line going across the fueselage, lengthwise, a lil bit under the cockpit though.
p.s. i think imageshack stomps picturehanger, atleast in my opinion.

do you ever quiet down??? :D :p
it looks ok, but the colours are very flat and the panels are far too dark. try to put some dirt on it, like oil stains, chipping, things like that, just to make it look more real, and turn down the opacity of your panels. try adding some rivets too:aok

Yoshimbo,
I think it's great to have a Japanese variant in the arena. I'd weather it up just abit though.
Some things to keep in mind:
1. There's alot of access panels on these planes to load ammo or access areas for maintanance etc. The enginerring on the 262 was such that the engines could be replaced within an hour (always been amazed by that concidering the time it took to swap out american engines). Paint chips in these areas would be greater then on other parts of the plane due to the constant work on em.
2. Oil stains, fuel stains from maintianence.
3. Color weathering due to sun bleaching or humididy from the salty environment of the PAC.
4. Paint chips from the movements of ailerons, rudder, or elevators, and the wing extenders on the front of the main wings (I forgot what they're called).
Just a few things to concider my friend :aok

eh... They wont be accepted into the MA. They were not used in combat or in a squad AFAIK. But I have made them for an upcoming scenario that will be utilized on a terrain.
