Title: bomb sight green thing

on some games i notice agreen crosshair thing that tells you where your missiles/bombs/etc. will hit how do i make it appear?

The green + is the actual bomb impact point.

It is only active, online, within the game in the Training Arena (TA) as it's a tool to allow you to use as a guide to improve your dive bombing/rocket attack  skills. It appears automatically when you arm bombs or rockets.

There is also another tool which provides you with a bullet impact point for improving your ability to gun another plane. It's called lead computing sights. To turn on lead computing sights (again available in the TA) you hit your control-tab keys then tab to target the plane.

Veloci, if you mean different H2H room with "some games".... as Ren explained, the Lead Computing Gunsight (LCG) and the bomb impact cross are training tools. If the are available or not is an Arena Setting, that the host can either allow or not.
