Great photos!

I'm collecting various movies that other guys at my company have made and am going to be doing the video/audio editing in our own little company.  Moving in June 4th (finally!) and will have highspeed access so no more low-quality movies from me.

Here's a (bad) one I took with my phone.  It's from my first trip in a Citation.  My first flight as a required crewmember on a jet I was up front for a while all alone.  Hence the picture of the empty left seat.

Here's the other pilot:

Great scenery. I'm going over to San Francisco and California in September for a vacation. I must renew my FAA medical and rent an aircraft when I'm there.

Well, the DA-40 is sexier - has the same engine and better avionics - but can't haul **** and carries 10 gals less total fuel. And its the only Tiger available for rent in the bay area.

Just wish we had a pair of Mooneys. Bridgeport still has the best deal in the country so far as rentals for tigers @ $40/hr. This can is the same as 4540L or the late 26784, and they charge $75 dry.

Go figure.

My boss is selling his 1960 Mooney for fairly cheap, if he didn't change his mind. You might want to buy rather than renting, when u done playing, sell it back. Those old Mooneys have the Johnson bar for the gears and pump me down flaps, so no extra expenses with hydraulic systems. Rather cheap to maintain.

Wood spars = No thanks :)

M20J-201.  Either that or the "Missile" conversion.

1960 models have wood spars.  There were 5 or so years that they turned out wood spar airplanes.

Said no to ferrying one that had deteriorated wood spars...1960 vintage.

M20's and M20A's used wood in the construction from 1955 ending with new construction of 1960.  It was used in both the wings and empennage.  Beginning with the introduction of the M20b's they switched back to all metal construction.

So instead of maintaining the flight path and insuring that the auto-pilot was doing it's job and no rook was sneaking up from 3'clock, you whipped out your camera to take a picture so you could relive the scary moment over and over and over again!

San Fiero looks nice from the air. But you should have stolen a Hydra instead of a Dodo to do this scenic tour.
