heres problems:
my throttle is always wide open, regaurdless of its position on my controller.
none of my control surfaces work. (pitch yaw roll)
none of my control buttons work (guns, hat, etc.)
i know that only buttons 1-3 are mapped, thats what happened after i pressed default.

force 3d? Is that a FF stick? Try turning FF off see if it's a bug there or not.
-
yeah its FF. tryed turning it off, still dont work
-
Shot in the dark here: Try switching to mode 1???
-
Toadkill, My map is set up on Mode 1. You might want to change yours from Mode 2 to Mode 1.
-
it was just on mode 2 b/c i tryed that too. it was on mode 1 first
-
Okay next step:
Go to each analog input and hit the "advanced" tab. Make sure that, as you move the input to its extremes, the slider moves with it.
Also check the scaling. If the scaling is totally porked (for example) it could damp all your input until it seems nothing's working. Just an example.
Make sure that's all good.
THEN, if throttle still buggy, click the "reverse" option (whatever it's called) and try again. Throttle seemed backwards to me at first when I was running the beta, so I clicked that, and it did the opposite of what I wanted.

Yeah "invert axis" is what it's called Krusty. It helped with a couple guys on the X-52.
-
I have the exact same problem, did you find a solution?
-
neg. nothing is working. heres my way of describing teh problem though.
the stick would work just as well if it were parachuting from 20k as it does sitting on my computer desk. it seems like the game doesnt even know its there. i get no responce out of any functions.
-
That's exactly whats happening to me....man this sucks!
-
For all the folks that don't have any problems with the x52, they mention the SST profiler software. Are you using that? It might be required (might, I'm saying this without having owned an x52).
For all that do NOT have function with their x52, please say if you have or do not have SST installed/running.
-
hmm...I tried logitech's profiler but it still didn't work - nothing, zip, nada....
-
Try "Calibrate Axis" for each analog input. I had two that didn't import properly on my X45.
-
toadkill in the advanced window did the line move when you had an axis selected?
-
I have the same stick, and nothing is moving in the advanced window, no moving sliders, no "graph" indicating movement.....
