Title: No Pan, Saitek mapping imports flaky

The "shift keys" (no numerical tag) which worked in AH2 prior to the patch seem to have lost their mappings. Not huge, just a few buttons, but odd considering that most of the other stuff seems to have carried over.

Also, what is Primary weapon select?
