I guess in 2.07 the system just allocated a key command with a Joystick function.
Now in 2.08 it seems to allocate a function to the Joystick.
Let me clarify......I dont use different StickMaps or Stick Modes or whatever they are called now.......Never found good reason to. I had mapped buttons 3 and 4 on my Saitek Cyborg to raise and lower flaps (keys Q ands W). However the same buttons in the same stickset could also be used to lower and raise gears in vehicles (again keys Q and W). Cant seem to do that now. Although this doesnt actually qualify to be a bug, and I know there are more urgent things on HTC's TO DO list, I just thought I should highlight this software behaviour for others to note.
As of now, it looks like I am going to have to create two different stick maps one for flying and one for driving.
Also I cant seem to remember (last mapped my stick with AH1)......but werent we able to map multiple key combinations to any function? Tried assigning Ctrl+1 and Ctrl+2 and keys for two Joystick "modes" but wouldnt accept multiple keys.

Another observed change....for benefit of all
In GV's to slect between AP/HE/SMK you need to have mapped "Select Primary Weapon" to a key or joystick button.
The "Select Secondary Weapon" no longer allows you to toggle between AP/HE/SMK.
Different stick maps, oops Stick Modes, are now Intensely Recommended.
One for fighters, One for bombers and One for Vehicles.
