There WAS a problem with the update, the new patch did fix my stick. Since I posted about it and complained, to put it mildly, I'll also post and say they did fix it, they replied to my emails, and they took care of the problem. The service is greatly appreciated. Hell, they didn't even complain about my lousy attitude. Now THAT is service.

Thanks HTC. (Although I had no problems setting up my Saitek X45). But thank you anyway... :)

I have never had an email go unanswered. Of the three or so I have sent in over the past two years, all were answered the same day.

HTC's support crew always have got back to me same day, often same hour. Unlike many, many game companies HTC is run like a professional software company and they deserve a lot of credit for that. Especially given how small the company is, support usually suffers in a small outfit.

Throw them a few extra bucks.
It's probably not a normal thing to tip a game company.
