Don't know if this has been posted here or not, didn't see it in a quick search. This was posted on the Model Hangar boards - cool footage of a spitfire flying in formation with a Sopwith Camel. You gotta get pas tthe interview first - but the wait is worth it!

That camel looks like it takes big balls to fly, more so land.

That's Gene Demarco. He used to be at Old Rhinebeck, in New York. Very cool guy and awesome pilot!!
What a beautiful picture of the two planes - very cool!

imagine the sopwith camel in the MA. good lord the turns it would do thanks to the engine
-
yes, awesome clip! Love how you have to "blip" your engine to control your speed. Those thing are so interesting to listen to when they land...engine on...off..on...off...on...... lol

It looks like a IXe, probably LF IXe. (cannons inboard of stubs = 'e' wing), although could be a XVI, externally identical.
Opening shots on the left of screen, Venom or Vampire?
-
Thanks for sharing, SKJohn, very nice video.

Looks like a Venom to me kev, it looks a bit bulbous to be a Vampire
