Title: CV plane selection, Alt tabbing

When going to the hangar on a CV, the ship disappears from view, and there is nothing except the shadow of the CV and the clipboard.

Also, when I tab out, even from the starting screen, I have no mouse in Windows unless I exit AH completely.
