Hi Mates
I am not a PC whiz, and Revvin had to walk me through Control Manager 4 to even get these controllers set up.
With the upgrade, I find that my buttons still work, but can't understand how to set up the axis. Axis does not work.
Would appreciate some help. Remember, I am a very old guy and need to be directed through every step. Revvin did all the work getting these set up in AHII.
Many, many thanks to anyone who can help.

majors ,heres what i did ,most everything is working except for rudders....
clipboard
options
map controls
select controller...in drop down menue you see all joysticks
select throttle,or stick (in this menue select advanced tab and you can see scale showing the axis.)
select axis
select what you wantit to do
select Z axis, for throttle(after clicking on CH throttle), double click you get a menue ,select throttle 1, (what i used, not sure if anything else works)
calibrate
this is what i did, hope it works. made things very easy to set up,just select the stick, click a button, select its function.
if i figure out rudders i'll post.

What Larokit says is correct, now you have 2 Z's Z axis and Z rotation. One is your throttle and one is your rudder. I'm at work so I can't se how mine is setup.
Qustion to all the CH users. How many are using CM 4? I am using CM 2.10 and I'm having no problems at all.

Hi Mates
Thanks to you both. I feel like a real dummy.
When I get in the setup instead of each controller, I get CH control manager device 1
under there I put in
x Roll Aleron
y pitch elevator
z throttle 1 throttle
z rotation yaw rudder
Working fine now.
Us old guys really get blasted when things change.
Thanks again

Cliffra Jones;
I use the "new" CH Manager 4.0 software and it was a "bear" to setup. Some functions were imported correctly while others were incorrect and some not at all.

Hi Mate
I went up to the "CH Hangar" and downloaded a manual called "Control Manager 4.0 for Dummies". Even with that I eventually had to get Revvin to completely set up my controllers for me.
Course, I am the guy that lived through WWII and am probably the oldest player in WWIIOL. So I have an excuse.
This exercise was easier than I thought it would be, but still could not have done it without the help from you folks.
Many thanks to you all

For AH!!, I gave up on Control Manager completely.
Mapping my Fighterstick, Throttle and pedals directly in AH makes them MUCH easier to deal with in my opinion.

Glad I did not go there then. 2.10 works fine for me. I see no reason to change.
