Title: new 2.08 but - bad b17 nose

It doesn't display the texture properly on the shape. This happens in-game and in skin viewer. I think it's a stdshape problem.

That's a bug fix.  Now the new nose panel has no mirrored parts.

It's a good thing.

Well it's not good if the default skin hasn't "been fixed" to fit it.
