Bush worried about Venezuela
OMAHA, United States (AFP) - US President George W. Bush said he was "worried" about Venezuela and suggested that President Hugo Chavez was doing "a great disservice" to his country.
"Sometimes leaders show up who do a great disservice to the traditions and people of a country," Bush told a woman from Venezuela at a roundtable with immigrants to the United States.
"I'm a little worried about your country," he said. "I'm worried about it, I'm a little worried about it. I think it'll be okay."
"But it's going to take a while."
Bush has been sharply critical of Chavez for years, accusing him of undermining democracy in Venezuela and suggesting that he has improperly interfered in other countries' domestic affairs.
:lol

Ya Bush beleives in democracy when it is conveinant.
The U.S. was in involved in the coup attempt around 2002-03.
Ya Chavez is subverting U.S. control of the reagion by helping get countries like Argentina out from under IMF control.
And Chavez is aginst the Venezualan tradidtion of the rich dominateing a huge poor under class. So if that's aginst tradidtional Venezualan values .. I guess Criminal Bush is right.

Bush would be better off to just not speak publicly. Every time he does, he makes himself sound more of a fool.
You would think that one of his many "advisors" would advise him to take a speaking class, or learn to pre-read his speeches so there aren't long pauses between words in what should be a continuous sentance.

Whattya you mean funny? Funny how? :p

yes boosh should speak more like a politician, say like algore or LBJ or FDR or JFK, he sounds silly when he talks like a ordinary person.
FDR "you have nothing to fear but fear itself"
crowd "yea-yea-yea"
-
Actually FDR was the first President to address the country talking like an "ordinary person" during his Fireside Chats on the radio.

This reads like sarcasm, so I'll say that Bush doesn't need to talk like any of the named, but he should talk more fluently and professionally than he does. He is supposed to be our leader, not an ordinary person.
Even he has recently admitted to unprofessional speeking in the past, i.e. "Bring it On" in reference to insurgents in Iraq.
--- and for the record, I voted for him in both his presidential elections ---
