Title: Map issue v2.08 patch 1 (annoyance more than bug)

Since this new version, when I bring up the map, it always comes up over on the right side of my screen.  I move it to the center where I like it, and as long as I am in that vehicle it will stay there.  Every time I re-up in somehting else, it's back to the right side.  Can we get the map to be sticky, or to stay where we put it?
