Sudz, you requested a screenshot if anyone was seeing water instead of hangar. Well, at the time it was not a problem. A couple of days ago, there it was after the fleet I was spawning from respawned at our port.
I found that if I went to the zoom mode and used the bracket keys, I was able to get a zoom view. Although I was not able to see the entire hangar at one time, I was able to use the F8 key and look around for the proper icons. (temporary fix)
I believe I must have used that strategy once or twice, and then the fleet hangar was back to normal (although, I believe the fleets' gun positions are still smaller than previous version).
I hope this helps in narrowing the search for a fix, or at least offers a temporary solution for players, until we get it patched.
Sudz, have a beer on me! I didn't include the screenshot. It was nothing spectacular (just looked like I was surfing) -- that in itself might be considered unusual.
