The main AH page has nice charts showing air speed and climb rates. Are these accurate in-game? I didn't find anything for turn rates or details on the guns. Are these available anywhere? Thanks.

Yes, those are recently updated and the data used for modelling the planes ingame.

Kweassa did some testing for turn rates etc, im not sure in which thread the results can be found. Ill see if i can dig the links up.

Hey, good question... some ah2 pilots did a lot of work and put together the data, it is supposed to be pretty accurate but its not an "official" htc data. So there is always a chance that there is a mistake.
