Alright, finally bought a 22.5 inch Weber Charcoal grill. Went together quick. For now I have the match-light briquettes....couldnt find anything else! And I didnt want the other type that has the lighting power of concrete
What's a good source for better briquettes? Whatcha like and why!

In my experience... all you need is:

and

I almost bought one of those chimney starters...just toss some newspaper into the bottom, light, heat and dump.
I mean different woods for different flavor

Kingsford is the best, if you want a different flavor, like hickorey or misquete, use the wood chips mixed in with the charcoal

Kingsford is the best.
There is another that is also pretty good which name escapes me at the moment.
but it basically looks like chunks of burned wood LOL
In a pinch I have used logs of hardwood and just let em burn down till they were bunging embers rather then an open fire.
